Last Friday we were invited by Space Promotions to
perform at the ‘Play It Forward’ gig at
the quirky Nolias 11 venue on Stamford
Street, Southbank.
It was slightly nerve racking because they put all the
artists’ names into a bucket and pull each one out at random!
Each artist then takes to the stage to perform three tracks
of their choice, PLUS we had to freestyle with King Kash on piano and Tom Cox with
our guitarist Izzy!!
We were also very lucky to be in the presence of two top
music presenters i.e. ‘Carly Wilford’ from I am Music TV, and the lovely
‘James Sherwood’ from Afrobuzz.
It was a brill night..... Kiss Off performed ‘Try’ by Pink,
plus two of our own songs ‘Kiss Goodbye’ and ‘Misfit.’
We hope to catch you at our next gig which is at the Bull
and Gate for the Gold City Sounds launch, Friday 15th February - doors
open at 7pm!
